School Zone Safety Supply, LLC makes every effort to use shipping methods that are reliable and affordable. Many of the items we sell will ship VIA UPS. For items that exceed the size and weight requirements for UPS we will find the best shipping method (usually VIA common carrier).

Many of the items that ship VIA common carrier must be shipped Knock Down (KD). This means that they will have to be assembled when they are installed. UPS and common carrier deliveries shall be made Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Additional freight charges resulting from failed delivery attempts because the customer was not present or available to receive merchandise will be billed to the customer.

School Zone Safety Supply, LLC can make the appropriate delivery arrangements to coincide with our customer's schedules. However, we need acceptable delivery dates and times when the order is placed. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed, and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Every item School Zone Safety Supply, LLC ships is billed FOB our facility unless otherwise noted. We make every effort to use shipping companies that offer quality service and fair prices.
